i keep gettin error message : runl32.exe when tryin to add or delete programs i cant download it just goes to saves i have tried updating but unable for lack of download ability along with several errors it says : to open this file , windows needs to know who created it , windows can go onlinto look up automatically. to which i have done and no good. not reading my usb port or any windows actions. 1 person needs an answerI do too
